This involves a gentle placement of up to 5 needles into specific points on each ear. Recipient sits quietly in this group setting for 30-45 minutes allowing the treatment to take effect. Feel free to just come observe and ask questions or try just one needle. Ear acupressure is available using seeds as an alternative to needles!
